Bastille Day Wine Dinner at Le Soir

After you celebrate the red, white and blue on the 4th of July, head to Le Soir to celebrate the blue white and red on Thursday, July 14th with a five-course Bastille Day menu from chef Mark Allen. Courses include seared scallops with avocado mousse and heirloom tomato relish; lobster stuffed trout with leek fondue and grape-lemon sauce; cured foie gras terrine with strawberry compote, aged balsamic and brioche; braised beef short ribs with potato and celery root gratin, thyme jus; and rosemary grapefruit sorbet.
