Barre to Brunch

On Sunday, August 6th, you can strengthen your core and beef-up your brunch game as Bistro du Midi teams up with Exhale Back Bay for their Work Hard, Brunch Harder event. Head to the studio first for the 11:45am class to get your sweat (or glisten) on with a Core Fusion Barre class led by Thalia Bardell, followed by Bistro’s killer brunch. Your $40 ticket gets you admission to the class plus a recovery-mimosa and one brunch entree (but feel free to add on!). Fresh melon & berries with caramelized citrus, vanilla yogurt, honeyed granola

Kale and quinoa salad with golden beets, grapefruit, sunflower see, buttermilk vinaigrette

Rolled oats with kumquat, coconut flake, almond syrup

Omelette with chorizo, zucchini, herbed goat cheese, tomato compote

Lemon ricotta pancakes, lavender crème anglaise, macerated ‘Ward’s Farm’ blackberries
