Big flavors come from small places. On Wednesday, October 16th, Bar Boulud’s Sommelier Jamie Puckett has invited Anthony Truchard of Napa Valley’s Truchard Vineyards to pour four of his favorite wines alongside a four-course seasonal spread from the chef. Truchard is a small family operation in Carneros, and Anthony will be on hand to answer your questions and explain the process behind what’s pouring. Your $138 ticket gets you lobster, venison, and all of the wine. Find ‘em here.
