Bar Boulud makes Thanksgiving dessert planning as easy as, well, pie. Pastry chef Robert Differ is launching an in-house pie counter and pop-up pie shop in honor of the approaching holiday. Starting Thursday, November 10th through the 23rd, you can snag one of seven counter seats during lunch or dinner service for a specialty slice, or a sampler of all four flavors: Tall Apple, traditional pumpkin, glazed pecan and pistachio cream. Once you’ve taste-tested the offerings, you can purchase a full-size for your holiday table. 10-inch pies are available for pre-order online here through Monday, November 21st and can be picked up Sunday, November 20th through Wednesday, November 23rd. Orders require 48 hours notice so take a look at the offerings below and secure your sweets.
