Dr Loosen Wine Dinner

Bar Boulud Facebook

The Dr. Loosen Estate has been producing some of Germany’s most sought-after wines for more than two centuries, and on Thursday, June 27th, Bar Boulud’s chef Brian Arruda and sommelier Jaimie Puckett have designed a tasting menu around their killer juice. The winery utilizes sustainable practices including water conservation and recycling, meaning the goodness extends beyond the grapes, and you can come learn all about what goes into the wines over four courses paired with fresh summer ingredients. The party starts at 7:00pm with canapés and a magnum while you mingle, then continues at the table with seasonal specialties like Jonah crab and heirloom melon, foie gras with strawberry and rhubarb—and did we mention wine? It’s $148 for this exclusive dinner party; sign up here.
