Provence is the heart of French rosé, and on Thursday, July 25th, Bar Boulud at Mandarin Oriental is hosting Chateau d’Esclans, the oldest cellar in the region, for a summery wine dinner you won’t want to miss. Sommelier Jamie Puckett and executive chef Brian Arruda will be teaming up to marry the bright flavors of local food and French wine. The soiree starts at 7:00pm with a reception over canapés and Whispering Angel rosé, followed by four courses made with local, seasonal ingredients and some of the best pink vino going. It’s $138 for a seat at the table. Peep the deets and snag your spot here.
