Take the headache out of hosting a Friendsgiving, and let Bambara do the work for you. Yes, you love your pals (there’s no question there), but you’d rather enjoy their company and not the clean-up that comes along with having them over. Gather the gang and cart yourselves to Cambridge for a prix-fixe feast, crafted by chef David Bazirgan. Appetizers kick things off (obviously) — each person in your crew can start with a choice of roasted mushroom soup, beet & apple salad, gem lettuce salad or heirloom pumpkin falafel. There’ll be a roasted heritage turkey for the table with chestnut stuffing, cranberry compote roasted squash, creamed onions and gravy to share. For a sweet ending to the meal, pick between an apple tart with vanilla ice cream or a slice of candy roaster pumpkin pie.
Book a table between 5:30 and 9:00 from Friday, November 16th through Sunday, November 25th. Bambara can accommodate groups of 4 to 12 people — start thinking about who’s going to make the cut now! — and bookings must be made at least one day in advance. Planning to drive? Complimentary parking is available in the CambridgeSide garage for up to 3 hours, just make sure to ask the host or your server for validation. Spots are $45 each, a portion of which goes to No Kid Hungry, and don’t include gratuity or alcohol. Choose a date & book your space here.
