On Thursday, January 17th, head will roll (off the top of your glass) at City Table in the Lenox Hotel as they host the Back Bay’s Battle of the Breweries. From 6:00 to 9:00pm, come sample unlimited pours of Massachusetts beer and cider from brewhouses competing for the restaurant’s tap takeover in February. Make the rounds and enjoy a few rounds while you decide on your favorite from breweries like Night Shift, Down the Road, Jack’s Abby, and more. There’ll be live music from Hot Mess and hop-inspired appetizers from Executive Chef Sean MacAlpine to accompany your samples. $50 (and a valid ID) gets you in the door; snag your tickets and check out the full list of participants here.
