February 25th kicks off another season of Sunday sipping and slurping at Island Creek Oyster Bar in Burlington. The Back Bar Series is a monthly tasting and pairing hour featuring different wines, seafood, and speakers educating you on all the best ways to enjoy them together. These intimate events are limited to just ten guests and are held on the last Sunday of every month at 2:00pm for $50 per person. The first in the series, Shells & Tails, features Island Creek Oyster Farm’s Jess Cagle and ICOB’s own Vannaluck Hongthong giving you the bivalve lowdown.
