Babbo’s October Wine Classes

Babbo Pizzeria Facebook

The monthly wine classes at Babbo Pizzeria e Enoteca are always a fun time, and during October, they’re hosting two times in which you can do a deep dive into the grape. Join them on Thursday, October 25th at 5:30pm for a look at Orange Wines, a trendy new fourth wine color made from white grapes in the red style. You’ll chat about why this complex creation is so distinctive while snacking on a charcuterie and cheese spread from chef Mario LaPosta.

If you can’t make it after work (or if you’re such a big wine lover that you want to try both classes), then come to the Seaport on Saturday, October 27th at 3:00pm for a lesson on Halloween Candy & Wine Pairings. Pair Sweet Tarts with Rosato and Lambrusco with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups in this unexpected yet genius session. Both classes are 21+, so bring your ID just to be safe. It’s $35 for the 45 minute Orange Wines class and $45 for the 1 hour Halloween Candy & Wine Pairings class — snag your tickets here.
