In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll get the skinny from chef Mario LaPosta on the unique characteristics of his pizza dough. Then, you’ll use your own two hands to create your lunch that’ll be popped into the wood-burning brick oven, all while enjoying a glass of Prosecco (for those that are 21+).
