Chef Eric Cooper and wine guru Stan Hilbert, the dynamic wine-loving duo behind the goings-on at Forage, have outlined their October line-up for their on-going Tuesday Night Wine Dinners. Have a look at the game plan below and choose a date to enjoy a four-course menu expertly paired with all natural wines along a particular theme or locale (like Georgia or Germany) or highlighted ingredient (say, the mushroom).
