Portsmouth residents take note – beginning Thursday, November 4th and ending Saturday, November 13th Restaurant Week comes to New Hampshire. Diners can enjoy three course lunch and dinner menus for $16.95 and $29.95 respectively from restaurants like Blue Mermaid, Bonta,  Black Trumpet, The Library Restaurant, Mombo, Pesce Italian Kitchen + Bar and River House.
