Get into a Cajun state of mind at Tryst on Tuesday, March 4th when Paul Turano’s Arlington restaurant hosts a culinary tribute to the Big Easy. Turano and his team have created three Mardi Gras-inspired courses that are about as authentic as they come: barbequed oysters, chicken and sausage gumbo and a Commander’s Palace-style bread pudding that holds true to the original recipe. There’ll also be plenty of Sazeracs and Hurricanes to go around for the cocktail lovers.
