The recently re-opened, Aujourd’hui, at Four Seasons Hotel Boston, celebrates their new look and the arrival of Chef de Cuisine, Jérôme Legras, with an exceptional wine dinner on Wednesday, October 6th. Legras, whose modern French cuisine has already earned raves from local food writers, will be preparing five spectacular courses to accompany fifteen world-class wine selections from in-house sommelier Ted Davidson and illustrious guest sommeliers, Larry Van Aalst of Equus Restaurant in California’s Sonoma Wine County and Dan McCoog of The Grill at Hacienda del Sol in Tucson, Arizona. It’s a perfect opportunity, and the perfect time of year, to head up to Aujourd’hui for their lovely view of the Public Garden. Be sure to take a peek at their new 1,800-bottle wine library. Tickets for the event cost $250 per person and can be reserved by calling 617.351.2037.
