At Home With MIDA

Douglass Williams, chef-owner of MIDA, is ready to help you reach your New Year’s resolutions to eat more pasta and drink more wine (that was on your list too, right?). On Friday, January 22nd and Saturday, January 23rd discover four wines from Alto Adige and savor a four-course dinner inspired by the northeast province of Italy by way of a virtual wine dinner. John Sorice, of MS Walker Imports will introduce you to the wines via ZOOM as you sip and eat. The menu includes delicious dishes such as strangolapreti (spinach dumplings with parmigiano-reggiano and brown butter), salsiccia d’angelo (house-made lamb sausage with spaetzle and marinated cabbage), slow-cooked venison stew with crispy polenta and a traditional Viennese apple strudel for dessert.

Tickets are $150 per couple and includes the four course prix-fixe tasting menu and four pairings. Make sure to book your tickets as soon as possible (the Saturday night event is already sold out!). Get your Friday night tickets online here today and get ready to pick-up your package anytime on Friday, January 22nd between 4:30-5:30pm. Then all you have to do is ZOOM, eat, drink and enjoy!
