The team at the Burlington branch of the Columbus Hospitality Group, which also includes Boston-based mainstays Mistral, Mooo, Sorellina and Ostra, will be enlisting the help of wine guru Manny Gonzales to lead the online tasting while they busy themselves with the evening’s three-course menu.
