The Boston Globe, as part of their Arts & Entertainment Weekend GlobeTalks Series, touches base with some of the country’s top culinary talent on Sunday, January 22nd. Head to the Stanford Calderwood Pavilion from 1:30-3:00pm for Food in America Today, a panel discussion with award-winning chef Marcus Samuelsson, The Food Network’s Sara Moulton, host of PBS’s Lidia’s Food Table Lidia Bastianich, and Boston’s own James Beard Award winner Gordon Hamersley of Hamersley’s Bistro. Panelists will examine some of the changes and trends in American cuisine in a discussion moderated by Fiona Hamersley.
