Artisanal Cheese Dinner at Avenue One

On Thursday, February 12th, Avenue One and chef Brad Ozerdem welcome guests for a unique Cheese Makers Dinner featuring New England Artisanal Cheeses. This event will provide an opportunity to mix and mingle with chef Ozerdem and guest cheese maker Peter Dixon from Vermont’s Westminster Dairy. The evening will kick off with a fondue demonstration featuring Livewater Toma Fondue from Westminster Dairy and Berkshire Blue Cheese Fondue from the Berkshire Cheese Company. The demonstration will be followed by a four-course dinner paired with wines from Franciscan Estates Winery. On the menu for the evening: baby greens, sundried cranberries, candied pecans and a Westminster Dairy “Vermont Pinnacle” crisp; Niman Ranch roast rack of pork with natural pan juices, Westfield Farm goat cheese and potato timbale and roasted root vegetables; and a tantalizing dessert presentation.
