Argyle Wines come to Adams Village on Wednesday, October 25th for a six-course wine dinner at The Industry on Adams. The meal, featuring chef Stephen Coe’s decadent handiwork (have a peek at the menu below), starts at 6:30pm. RSVP online via Facebook to enjoy each dishes like sous vide lobster with truffle-stuffed gnocchi, and diver scallop with wilted romaine, cured tomato, green olive and parmesan cream. Each course will be paired with a selection from the Oregon-based winery, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year.
