On Wednesday, April 3rd, Bondir is teaming up with Zuccardi wines to retrace Chef Jason Bond’s recent journey through Argentina with a Malbec dinner featuring wine and cuisine from his favorite regions. Come taste the fruit of the famous Uco valley, with ingredients and preparations Chef Bond is borrowing from his time at elevation in the Andes. Lee Schlesinger, importer for Zuccardi, will be pouring multiple vintages and providing insight on the terroir you’re tasting both in your glass and on your plate.
