Arcadian Wine Dinner at Ariadne

Join chef Christos Tsardounis and wine director Kathleen Malloy on Monday, March 1st when they welcome winemaker Joe Davis of California’s Arcadian Winery to Ariadne Restaurant & Bar for a spectacular five-course wine dinner. The evening will feature a menu of scallop ceviche with mango salsa; poached pear with crispy duck & toasted almonds; seared ahi tuna with fennel confit and saffron aioli; venison with gruyere potato gratin and broccoli rabe; and chocolate cherry bombe – each paired with exceptional Arcadian wines. Davis, a knowledgeable and engaging wine expert, will discuss his wines, wine making techniques and philosophies.
