Satiate your Oktoberfest cravings with an Alsatian menu from Aquitaine. The French bistro celebrates the bier-laden holiday with inspiration from French’s Alsace region, bordering on Germany. The three-course prix fixe is available from Monday, October 17th through Sunday, October 23rd with food and wine from the culinary province. Riesling beurre blanc, herb späetzle, caraway kraut and cinnamon allspice streusel are just a few ingredients that give a nod to the area’s Germanic influences. See below for the menu – $35 per person – and suggested wine and beer pairings. Call 617.424.8577 to book a seat.
