The days are getting longer, the first veggies are coming into season on the North Shore, and you can celebrate all the first signs of spring at FRANK‘s monthly Apple Street Farm Supper Club dinner on Tuesday, April 4th. Chef-owner Frank McClelland and the crew will be exploring all things Alsace, France this month, with a theme of Sister Cities Beverly Meets Strasburg and flavors of the northeastern region of the country that’s known for its alpine-influenced cuisine (think: sausages and charcuterie, sauerkraut, potatoes and apples) and crisp Riesling wines. Grab a spot here and head to Beverly for a 6:00pm reception with passed hors d’oeuvres, a welcome cocktail and a little live music before sitting down at several communal tables for plated dishes.
