For all the industry folks working on Bastille Day, you don’t have to miss out on the French festivities thanks to the team at Les Sablons. They’re throwing their first annual midsummer’s night industry party, Après Bastille, on Monday, July 17th. From 9pm-1am, francophiles, industry professionals and neighborhood friends alike are invited for a night of Parisian street food, libations and music by DJ Brother Cleve. Chefs Jeremy Sewall and Brian Rae are preparing $5 bites like striped bass and tomato with harissa and sea salt, boudin blanc en croute, mini frenchie burgers with comte, caramelized onions and dijonaise, and as rumor has it, even caviar from Island Creek Oysters.
