Another Industry Night @ blu

After a long shift, don’t go to bed – go to blu. This Thursday, April 14th, blu at The Sports Club/LA will welcome the “after work” crowd for a series of industry nights geared toward the city’s restaurant employees. Featuring a dazzling array of Malibu-based cocktails, the evening also showcases chef Tom Fosnot‘s new late-night bar menu, which includes late-night nibbles like olives marinated in lemon zest, rosemary, fennel seed, evoo and garlic; housemade hummus and eggplant caviar served with vegetable crudite and lavash; and an assortment of yummy salads and sandwiches. Industry nights get underway at 10:30pm and features live music from Toussaint and the China Band.
