Operation Frontline may have a new name, but the players remain the same. Chef Andy Husbands hosts the 14th annual benefit, now known as Cooking Matters, and he enlists the help of some of his best chefly friends. On Monday, May 9th Husbands will be making room in the Tremont 647 for chefs Marc Orfaly of Pigalle and Marco, Dante de Magistris of dante and Il Casale and Josh Ziskin of La Morra, each of whom will be preparing a course for the evening’s Mexican-themed menu. Tickets cost $60 each. The philanthropic evening, which raises funds for Share Our Strength, starts at 6:00pm with passed apps and Lunazul cocktails.
