SRV’s Cicchetti Takeovers are fun and lively nights where guest chefs can strut their stuff on the small (bites) stage at the restaurant’s cicchetti bar. On Monday, October 21st, they’re hosting a very special takeover featuring Co-executive Chefs Kelly Jeun and Eduardo Valle Lobo of Frasca Food & Wine in Boulder, Colorado. The multiple James Beard Award-winning duo is in town as part of the Beard Foundation’s Taste America pop-up dinner (which is already sold out), so drop into SRV from 5:30 to 7:30pm and belly up to the bar for a chance to taste what they’re made of. Everything’s a la carte, and as a bonus Frasca’s sommelier has selected some by-the-glass pours to compliment your bites. You don’t even need a reservation!
