The Nauset Beach Club hosts another Amici e la Celebrazione on Thursday, December 15th. The evening gets underway at 6:30pm with a reception featuring an assortment of tableside hors d’oeuvres. The dinner that follows includes courses like crab stuffed piquillo peppers with chorizo infuzed olive oil; duck confit, fava bean and parmigiano reggiano risotto with sun-dried tomato oil; pistachio crusted lamb chops with smashed red bliss potatoes with goat’s cheese and chives, barbaresco wine and demi glaze reduction with pearl onions and peas; and clementine and sauternes short cake with mascarpone cream. Each course will be accompanied by a carefully selected wine, designed to complement the flavors of each dish. The dinner costs $70 per person, not including tax and gratuity.
