L’Espalier’s monthly cheese appreciation series continues on Tuesday, August 22nd with an exploration of domestic curds. Join chef Frank McClelland for A Passion For American Cheese, a three-course meal (with wine pairings) followed by a grand cheese tasting (and more wine) featuring dairy products from these United States.
