Chef Anthony Ambrose welcomes winemaker Gray Hartley to Ambrosia on Huntington this Tuesday, March 11th. Hartley comes all the way from the Hartley-Ostini Hitching Post Winery in Santa Maria, California and will be pairing wines to five courses from chef Ambrose’s. The evening kicks off with cocktails at 6:30; dinner starts at 7:00. The price for the evening is $75 per person – with a menu boasting duck confit with sea kelp gnocci and slow roasted beef short ribs with parsnip galette and apple cider glaze, there’s no doubt it’ll be worth the price of admittance.
