Almaviva-Mouton Wine Dinner at Grill 23 & Bar

Join chef Jay Murray on Monday, October 25th for a special Almaviva-Mouton Wine Dinner at Grill 23 & Bar. The seven-course dinner will start off with rillettes of Berkshire pork with black grape chutney and toasted cinnamon brioche, followed by Muscovy duckling with potato foie gras galette and preserved black truffle consommé. Chef Murray continues his display of culinary creativity in dishes like natural heritage beef with autumn roots and greens in toasted pumpkinseeds and their oil and rosemary quince soup. Pastry chef Molly Hanson contributes with vanilla steeped pear buckle with candied ginger ice cream. The dinner costs $155 per person and gets underway at 7:00pm.
