All Hail Asparagus

Farm fresh asparagus gets its moment in the sun with chef Chad Burns’ cooking class on Saturday, May 2nd. The Farmstead Table chef-owner will be at Newton Community Farm from 4:00-6:00pm to guide guests through three recipes starring the springtime veggie. Local sourcing is a cornerstone of Burns’ kitchen and he’ll be dishing out culinary tips and tricks—as well as actual dishes.
