All-American Cheese Tuesday at L’Espalier

In the spirit of the 4th of July, chef Frank McClelland and fromager Louis Risoli take guests on a guided tour of some of America’s top artisanal cheeses in this month’s Cheese Tuesday at L’Espalier. Join them on Tuesday, July 12th for a four course dinner highlighting cheeses from Lazy Lady Farm in Westfield, Vermont; Willow Hill Farm in Milton, Vermont; Valley View Farm in Topsfield, Massachusetts; and Crave Brothers Farm in Wisconsin.
