If your New Year’s resolution is to drink better in 2020, Alcove is where it’s at. They’re introducing Cellar Saturdays, a fun and casual wine-education series taught by owner and wine expert Tom Schlesinger-Guidelli. Each Saturday in January, he’ll hold forth on his favorite varietals in four distinct classes, from Worldly Bubbles on the 4th to Rhone Reds on the 25th. Come enjoy light bites and heavy pours while you refine your palate and learn to love a whole new world of wine. Scroll on to see the schedule. Saturday, January 4th – Worldly Bubbles
Explore Tom’s favorite sparkling wine regions not named Champagne. Travel to Spain, England, Greece and Austria.
