They’re introducing Cellar Saturdays, a fun and casual wine-education series taught by owner and wine expert Tom Schlesinger-Guidelli. Each Saturday in January, he’ll hold forth on his favorite varietals in four distinct classes, from Worldly Bubbles on the 4th to Rhone Reds on the 25th.
