While you were trimming the tree and shopping up a storm this holiday season, Alcove’s Tom Schlesinger-Guidelli was in Europe doing the hard work of exploring and tasting wines to bring back to the States and serve up with chef Charles Draghi’s delicious dishes. This month you can learn all about the wines and regions that Schlesinger-Guidelli found in France’s Bordeaux region as well as Austria with two afternoons of sit-down wine classes at the West End eatery.

Each Cellar Saturday will feature wine tasting and light snacks from the kitchen as you get an immersive two-hour overview of each winegrowing area and the wines that caught his eye. Register here for either January 14th for Bordeaux or January 21st for Austria. Both classes run from 2:00 to 4:00pm and cost $65 per person.
