AIWF Heads to Harvest

The American Institute of Wine and Food heads to Harvest in Harvard Square on Tuesday, October 11th for a four-course feast from chef Keith Pooler. Dinner guests will enjoy courses like grilled jumbo shrimp with roasted buttercup squash, hen of the woods petals, mizuna, ricotta salatta and sweet curry vinaigrette; pan seared sea scallop with cauliflower puree, yellowfoot chanterelles and sea urchin sauce; and roasted Long Island duck breast with cranberry bean mash, Chinese long beans, sunchoke fries and natural duck jus. Pastry chef Liz O’Connell adds French toast bread pudding with mulled cider sauce and rum raisin ice cream to the menu. The dinner costs $68 for AIWF members and $78 for non-members.
