The American Institute of Food & Wine heads to Anthem on Monday, June 28th for an evening soiree with chef Robert Fathman. Fathman gets to show off some of his favorite items from Anthem’s spring menu including fried plantain cakes with goat cheese and avocado; tuna tartare with tamarind vinaigrette and wonton crisps; and quesadillas with pulled pork, jack cheese, avocado and grilled red onion. Accompanying wines will be served with the tastings. The event takes place from 6:00-8:00pm and costs $26 for AIWF members and $36 for non-members.
