The creative minds at Somerville’s Tasting Counter are inviting some of their favorite brewers, winemakers, fermenters and drinks-makers to join them for their new Beverage Takeovers lunch series – and you can be part of the fun. Scheduled for Friday, July 29th at 1:00pm, the inaugural event features  a special three-course tasting menu paired with beers from fellow Somervillian Aeronaut Brewing Company, plus an informative discussion with the brewers and chef Peter Ungár. Tickets are $110 each (reserve yours in advance here) which covers all your beer and food. Reservations are available for just four people at a time due to limited seating at the literal counter (it’s not just a name!), which surrounds the open kitchen so snap up your spot asap.
