A Turkish Night with Ana Sortun and Ihsan Gurdal – Immerse yourself in Turkish culture for the evening with chef Ana Sortun of Oleana and Ihsan Gurdal of Formaggio Kitchen. Gurdal, a native of Turkey, will discuss the culture and cuisine while Sortun prepares a meal of Turkish delicacies paired with traditional Turkish beverages. Tuition is $60 per person.
