Chef Shayne Nunes and the team at Foundry on Elm are putting a little spring in their step with a visit from Tröegs Independent Brewing on Wednesday, April 12th. Put down the porters and stouts because winter’s over — grab a spot for a three-course beer dinner featuring a pair of hoppy IPAs (Perpetual IPA, Lollihop DIPA) and the lighthearted Sunshine Pilsner from the Pennsylvania craft brewers, all paired up with Nunes’ playful plates like Kurobuta Pork Belly Confit with maple-tamari glaze, pickled grapes and frisée.
