A Taste of Spain in Canton

Mark your calendars for Wednesday, February 1st and get ready to get to Northern Spy in Canton for a tasting tour of Spanish wines from Jorge Ordóñez Selections. Chef Marc Sheehan has crafted a four-course menu to accompany some hand-picked bottles from a few lesser-known wine growing regions of Spain, and Monica Ordóñez will be on hand to discuss how the wines pair with Sheehan’s locally-sourced, wood-fired New England cuisine. Dinner costs $95 per person, which includes tax and tip; grab your tickets here and head to the historic Paul Revere Heritage Site in Canton for a 6:00pm start.
