A Taste of Croatia at Brasserie

Brasserie Boston

Get to know Croatian wines with the pros at Brasserie – the South End restaurant is hosting its second paired dinner featuring bottles from the Balkan country on Tuesday, April 5th. Chefs Vince Carideo and Nick Intonti are working on a five-course menu of small plates to accompany selections from Istria and Dalmatia, picked for your sipping pleasure by the experts at Croatian Premium Wine. The founders of the Revere-based importer will be on-hand to chat about the wines, share their origin stories, answer Qs and celebrate the rich culture of Croatian winemaking, which goes back (way back) to the 5th century. The dinner, which starts at 6:00pm, costs $120 per person. Have a look at the menu below (subject to some tweaking, based on availability and the chefs’ discretion) to see what’s in store then grab your ticket online here for a taste of Croatia.
