The Joslin Diabetes Center, the world’s leading diabetes center, teams up with some of the area’s top chefs on Tuesday, April 5th for A Spoonful of Ginger, a food tasting to benefit Joslin’s Asian American Diabetes Initiative. Chefs from restaurants like Bombay Club, Elephant Walk, Kowloon, Oiishi Sushi and China Pearl join chefs Jasper White, Ming Tsai and Ken Oringer of Clio at the State Room at 60 State Street for an evening of great food. Tickets cost $150 per person and can be purchased by calling 617.732.2412. Proceeds support Joslin’s diabetes research and prevention in Asian Americans.
