Go overboard at the Sea Crest Beach Hotel—starting July 5th, their Old Silver Beach Shore Dinners return for the season. Every Tuesday evening through September, resident restaurant Red’s offers the ultimate in beachside dining with a prix fixe summer feast, served surfside. For $65 per person, guests will be treated to a 1 1/2 pound of Maine lobster, a 1/2 pound of local steamer clams and a 1/2 pound of East Coast mussels with chorizo, native sweet corn and poached baby potatoes. For $45 per person (or $25 per child under 12), diners can opt for turf-leaning fare with a menu of BBQ roasted chicken, garden salad, an Angus burger, jumbo beef hot dog, Cape clam chowder and corn bread. The Shore Dinners come with iced tea or lemonade and are followed by summer fruit and warm cookies for dessert.
