A Night with BOND at Mooo….


The skilled team at Mooo…. is at it again with another luxurious wine dinner, A Night with BOND, on Wednesday, November 10th. Executive chef Peter Agostinelli and Co. have crafted a magnificent five-course menu to pair with wines from Napa Valley’s very own BOND Winery. The modern Beacon Hill steakhouse, housed within the XV Beacon Hotel, takes the task seriously showcasing lush autumn produce, local seafood and prime meats in dishes like wine-braised monkfish with celery root & apple puree with crispy parsnip, and sirloin roast with salt-baked tiny potatoes and truffled creamed kale. The evening’s wines, eight in total, demonstrate the complex range of Napa Valley’s exquisite terroirs. Tickets are $995 (not including tax or gratuity).
