On Tuesday, January 31st chef Eric Bogardus hosts A Night in Napa Valley right in the Back Bay. The four-course prix fixe dinner, which features wine pairings from Robert Mondavi Wineries, gets underway at 6:00pm and costs $45 per person. The menu for the evening starts off with whipped feta with ancho chili and puppodums and cauliflower soup finished with truffled stilton and chive followed by prime rib with date dumplings, asparagus, and eggplant bordelaise. Bogardus wraps up the evening’s menu with warm pineapple upside down cake with black pepper ice cream and fresh fruit.
