There’s more to pork than chops and bacon. On Tuesday, December 4th, Terra at Eataly is celebrating the other white meat’s delicious versatility with a whole hog dinner prepared by Chef Dan Bazzinotti and his friend and mentor Keith Pooler of Bergamot and BISq. The duo will drop a five-course menu full of seasonal love and a whole lotta trotter, paired with your choice of wine or beer for each course. Come warm yourself by the wood-fired oven.
