A French Twist on an Italian Tradition

If you run out of Christmas leftovers, L’Espalier has you covered with a little extended holiday tradition. On Friday, December 28th, an Italian classic is getting a French update as Chef Frank McClelland presents his interpretation of the Feast of the Seven Fishes. Dive in at 7:00pm to taste your way through the Mediterranean in multiple courses, with everything from raw oysters to rock shrimp. For a little extra holiday cheer, Chef McClelland has also paired his feast with the perfect wines for the occasion.
