A Foray into Spanish Wines at Forage

Shake the wintry chill with a Tuesday night trip to Spain at Forage’s first wine dinner of 2022. Chef-owner Eric Cooper and owner/in-house wine expert Stan Hilbert have found four fun Iberian wines that’ll brighten your mood and leave you feeling warm and fuzzy. Book a table in the dining room or out on their patio (they’ve got blankets and each table has two heat lamps to keep you toasty), or, if you’d rather enjoy your meal at home, just place an order (before 3:00pm on Tuesday, January 11th) for pick-up. As usual, they’ve got two versions of the menu available (one for vegetarians and one for omnivores) with an optional cheese course (for the cheesivores) priced at $90 per person for on-site dining or $150 for two as take-out.
